Description*
This role requires an experienced graphic designer and some experience in website front end development. Evidence in following identified brand guidelines and enhancing brand style across multiple platforms. Familiarity with a wide range of field practices, concepts, and procedures in digital marketing. A proven track record of working with a team, creating banners, guides, creatives, infographics and basic css and styling programming language.

Duties and Responsibilities
Update website imagery and creation of pages. Bringing concepts to practice with the company's developers.
Produce high-quality on brand business creatives to help the marketing team reach their goals. Examples include social media creatives, website promotions, emails, PR resources, to name a few.
Continually ensure that the level of design created is consistently produced at a very high level.
Participate in team meetings and daily scrums.
Work with other functional areas to ensure effective continuous improvement.
Continually research and learn new design software and methods to keep up-to-date with industry standards.
Experience of working closely with developers, marketing team and senior stakeholders in an agile environment.
Experienced in frontend languages like HTML5 and CSS3.

Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
2• years of experience in Graphic Design / Front End Developer
A core understanding of frontend languages like HTML5 and CSS3.
A core understanding of digital marketing and digital production.
Proven experience delivering graphic designs and email templates.
Proven experience in following brand guidelines and style.
Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
Team player, Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Must be able to manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
Strong campaign management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience assisting digital campaigns for mainstream products and services
Proficient with Wordpress, Mailchimp, CMS and tracking softwares
