La Maison d’Isabelle

With so many desserts to choose from, you are sure to leave with a bag full of goodies. From baguettes, croissants, apple tarts, chocolate eclairs, and fresh baked baguettes, La Maison d’Isabelle is a favourite of locals and tourists alike.

Known as one of the best bakers in Paris, Laurent Duchêne owns two bakeries in Paris. Whichever one you visit, be sure to try their melt-in-your-mouth chocolate croissants and some of the best macarons in the city.

This master pastry chef delivers incredible classic French pastries, cakes, and other desserts. You can’t go wrong with any of his bread, artisanal chocolates, macarons, and even savoury dishes.

There’s a reason Duchêne has earned the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France, an award for his outstanding culinary achievements.

 

Maison Pralus

This charming little patisserie is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. Known best for their pink praline brioche loaf, Pralus serves up French desserts that balance sweetness with unique flavours.

Aside from their delicious candied nut bread, Pralus offers classic french pastries like macarons, croissants, eclairs, and delicious tarts.

Boulangerie Utopie

20 rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud

Boulangerie Utopie lives up to its name, as this bakery serves up breads of top tier quality at insanely affordable prices. You know this place is legit by the number of locals that come here, but trust us when we say that the wait is worth it.

While offering traditional French pastries, Utopie also puts their own spin on baked goods, such as their matcha bread and charcoal baguette. Be sure to try their apple turnovers and black sesame roll.

The counter staff here are friendly and helpful, so don’t be embarrassed by your limited knowledge of the French language.
