Sam Singh, TEFL Trainer
Sam decided to train to be a TEFL teacher as a way to work abroad and experience different cultures, but she soon developed a passion for teaching English and decided to make a career out of it.
She has seven years of teaching experience to both adults and young learners, most of which was in Egypt and in various cities in Spain; including Barcelona, Santander and Palma de Mallorca. Sam particularly enjoys teaching young learners as classes are always guaranteed to be fun, creative and full of energy, and since qualifying as a TEFL teacher she has done additional courses to specialise in teaching young learners. Her advice to new teachers would be to spend time getting to know your students to develop a good rapport and learning environment, and to enjoy the experience! When she's not in the classroom or getting muddy in the park with her son, Sam enjoys cooking, is a novice Salsa dancer and a budding language learner.
