I recently graduated with distinction in March.
Currently completing my second year.
Experience
Welcoming guests to the premises, and directing them to allocated table. A part of the job required daily reports of the entire shifts for managers to verify. Also service customers when short staff, another part of the job required training new staff for the position. Answering phone calls as well as emails for any enquiries.
