I work for a non-profit organisation teaching English to children with little, or no access to education. Working remotely allows children from hardly accessible areas to learn a second language they can utilise in the future.

My warm, open, and humble personality allows me to establish an excellent relationship with my students, having become a popular teacher amongst them, as well as a great asset for this well-known non-profit.

-Provide high level of customer service to each person by engaging customer and using active listening and effective interpersonal skills.

- Informed clients of essential travel information, such as travel times, transportation connections, medical and visa requirements to facilitate quality service.

- Escorted handicapped passengers from terminal to aircraft.

- Announced flight status updates and information about gate changes over PA system.

-Prepared customer invoices, accepted payments and processed refund and cancellation requests.
