Fatz has brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role as the dedicated Losika Account Executive for Losika. She engages with diverse individuals in a professional and engaging manner while living and modelling the Losika values of Integrity; Fairness; and Transparency. Fatz skills and experience include Consulting, Leadership, Negotiation, Finance & Operations particularly within the Financial Services industry. Fatz has a proven career track record in delivery and providing solutions, she is a strong communicator in a complex business environment. As a leader, she is commercially astute with a sound understanding of business context, insight into successful business drivers and the ability to formulate and execute on a strategy. She has been a strong leader, mentor and coach, with a hands on approach to our consultants, providing guidance, direction and much needed transfer of skills, knowledge and experience.

Prior to Covid, Fatz was on site at our client daily, adopting a hands-on approach to the operational & strategic management of our client’s needs. Fatz is well known for immersing herself in the culture and environment developing a well-rounded understanding of the client’s specific needs and requirements. Under her leadership, the Losika team oversaw significant growth with our client's while mantaining stability for our staff.

Despite Covid, Fatz maintained strong relationships with clients and consultants alike managing delivery and pre-empting issues from arising. These relationships have proven to be invaluable in facilitating stability and longevity for long running, strategic projects. Fatz strives to be responsive, accessible, and easy to work with while maintaining the high standards of quality which has reflected very well on the Losika Consulting brand.
