Resolved customer issues quickly and notified supervisor immediately when problems escalated.

Answered multi - line phone system to respond to inquiries and transfer calls to correct departments and personnel.
Previously I was a trainer as a gym’s receptionist where I would teach new employees of the roles, they would need to fulfil in order to be successful with their new career. I would plan out the day's teaching requirements and would make little tests at the start of the new day to see their knowledge of the previous day's lessons.
