Experience
I worked at a summer camp in Connecticut (USA) as a horse-riding instructor looking after kids of all ages. I worked within a multinational team. My role required that I plan and execute a 2-week horse-riding curriculum for 5–15-year-olds which ran over 3 months. I taught around 90 children per week. This taught me leadership and teaching skills while also being a great role model for young children. I gained independence, improved organisational and time management skills with exposure to working with different cultural dynamics.
