DescriptionEngAll is an Issue Maker-selected promising EduTech company based in South Korea. We provide a platform for high-quality 1:1 online English classes taught by passionate, professional and experienced teachers to our students who are eager to improve their English skills. We take pride in catering to each one of our student's individual needs and goals by finding the perfect type of class and teacher for them.
We are currently looking for ESL tutors who are passionate, ambitious, and punctual, who have the potential to grow, who value the importance of education, and who truly enjoy the process of impacting others.
Responsibilities
With Students:
- Conduct 1:1 online 30 minute English classes (both speaking & writing) with students responsibly
- Prepare with personal or EngAll-provided materials, keeping in mind the student's specific request
- Ensure active student engagement through interactive classes while respecting students' personal boundaries
- Fill in student's feedback form in detail at the end of each class
With EngAll Team:
- Diligently attend onboarding (training) meetings arranged by the company and take time to understand how the EngAll system works
- Provide constructive feedback on issues that arise during online classes while working with the EngAll support team to resolve said issues
- Respond to communications sent by the team actively

- Competitive salary: Upto $14/hour (Speaking Classes) and Upto $21/hour (Writing Classes), as well as added monthly incentives and pay raise incentives, depending on number of classes booked each month
- Have a flexible schedule (as long as at least 5 hours/week are provided during peak hours + minimum of 10 hours/week are provided)

Requirements- Native-level English Speaker
-Have at least a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a native English-speaking country
- TEFL level 3
- Ability to arrange learning materials that can optimize student engagement
- Ability to meet deadlines and resolve issues promptly
- Understanding of Korean culture and willingness to learn and grow
- Available between 18:00-23:00 KST (Peak hours for classes)
- Have access to a home computer/laptop (Windows or iOS) with reliable internet
- Peripheral devices such as webcam, microphone, and speaker/earphones/headphones
- Private room to teach without background noise -
