Reflective practice involves reviewing a lesson to determine how effectively students engaged, then considering adjustments for future lessons.

During three years, I learned about Marketing, Accounting, Management, in school and in restaurants and hotel to be able to manage a restaurant

I gained experience teaching English with a native speaker approach, focusing on developing language skills in real-life communicative contexts.
I designed lessons to improve grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency, tailoring them to meet the specific needs of students across various levels and age groups (Level A1 to B2 from 11 to 13 years old).
I utilized interactive teaching techniques, such as role-playing, simulations, and hands-on activities, to encourage active learning and the practical application of language skills.
I was committed to creating a positive, motivating, and inclusive learning environment that built students' confidence and interest in the English language.
I collaborated closely with students to help them achieve their language goals, monitored their progress, and provided personalized support to address any challenges they faced.
