Teaching English online can be challenging, especially with early morning shifts (3 AM to 6 AM SAST) and non-guaranteed hours. But what if these challenges could work in your favour?

Position Details

Teaching Hours:

Weekdays (Mon-Fri): 3 AM to 6 AM SAST and/or 2 PM to 6 PM SAST (minimum 4 peak hours/day).

Weekends (Sat-Sun): 3 AM to 6 AM SAST and/or 2 PM to 6 PM SAST (minimum 5 peak hours/day).

Requirements

- English first language speaker
- Minimum 1 year of online teaching experience
- Completed tertiary qualification (Diploma/Degree)
- Accredited 120-hour+ TEFL certification
- Clean criminal record

Tech Requirements:
- PC: Intel® Core™ i5 CPU @2.0GHz (2 Cores/4 CPUs) or better, 8GB RAM or greater
- Internet: Stable fiber connection (20 Mbps upload, 30 Mbps download) via LAN cable
- Backup Power: UPS with 4-5 hours battery life (if in an area with power interruptions)
- Equipment: Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam (720p),and a quiet, well-lit teaching space
