DescriptionJob Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English Language Instructor, a candidate who are native speakers of English, preferably from countries where English is their primary language.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver effective English language lessons to students of various levels, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
Assess students’ progress regularly through tests, assignments, and participation, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Develop and adapt teaching materials, including multimedia resources and interactive activities, to cater to diverse learning styles.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation and motivation.
Collaborate with colleagues and academic coordinators to design and update curriculum content and teaching strategies.
Monitor and record student attendance, participation, and performance, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Organize and supervise extracurricular activities, language clubs, or workshops to enhance language skills outside the classroom.
Provide academic counseling and support to students, addressing individual learning needs and challenges.
Stay current with the latest developments in language teaching methodologies and incorporate innovative techniques into lessons.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to continually improve teaching effectiveness.
Contribute to the development of assessment tools and evaluation criteria to measure student achievement.
Assist in organizing language proficiency exams and other related assessments.
Promote a positive learning environment that respects cultural diversity and encourages mutual respect among students.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) in relevant fields.
Experience with curriculum development and assessment.
Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and technology.

RequirementsRequirements: Native speaker of English. Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s or PhD is a plus). Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in English language instruction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and classroom management abilities.
