Responsibilities
1. With Students:
• Conduct 1:1 online English classes (speaking/writing) with students responsibly and creatively
• Prepare personal or EngAll-provided materials, keeping in mind the student's specific request
• Ensure active student engagement through creative and interactive classes while respecting students' personal boundaries
• Provide detailed feedback on student’s English skills during the class, and submit at the end of each class
2. With EngAll Team:
• Diligently attend onboarding (training) meetings arranged by the company and take time to understand how the EngAll system works
• Provide constructive feedback on issues that arise during online classes while working with the EngAll support team to resolve said issues
• Respond to communications sent by the team actively -

Requirements- Be a native level English speaker
- Be enrolled in, or have graduated from an accredited university
- TEFL level 3
- Ability to arrange learning materials that can optimize student engagement and participation
- Strong understanding of Korean culture and willingness to learn and grow
- Access to a home computer/laptop (Windows or iOS) with reliable internet
- Access to peripheral devices of good quality (webcam, microphone, and speaker/earphones/headphones)
- Access to a private room to teach without background noise
- Clearance for working with children
- AFP National Criminal Check clearance (can be additionally requested during onboarding) -
