- Participate in preparing or improving education programs, syllabuses, lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools.
- Plan, prepare, and execute teaching activities according to relevant education programs.
- Use modern teaching methodologies and technologies to achieve learning outcomes.
- Assess students' achievements and development, provide constructive feedback, and adapt methods to meet their individual learning needs.
- Utilize professional development opportunities to follow best practices in the field.
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and supports students' academic and language skill development.
- Support other activities of the center.

Requirements• A minimum master’s degree in TESOL, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (the academic title is preferred). • At least 5 years of experience in teaching English to speakers of other languages or teaching English as a foreign language (experience in higher education institutions is highly desirable). • Demonstrated expertise in developing curricula and designing instructional materials for teaching the English language. • Proficiency in English at least at C1 level, as proven by international language certificates such as IELTS, TOEFL, and Duolingo. • Possession of English language teaching certificate(s) (CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, etc.) • Ability to use innovative, interactive methods, and technologies. • Ability to use student-centered and competency-based teaching approaches. • Ability to create assessments, assignments, and projects to evaluate language proficiency. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Research skills. • Interest in continuous professional development.
