Description
As a Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher at Leader School, you will play a key role in shaping young learners’ first experiences with English in a fun, supportive, and structured environment. You will be responsible for a class of students aged 3–6, guiding them through daily routines, language development, and social-emotional growth.
Our kindergarten program focuses on immersive, play-based learning, where English is used naturally throughout the day. Through songs, stories, games, hands-on activities, and learning centers, you will help students build confidence in speaking and understanding English while developing important early childhood skills.
As a homeroom teacher, you will lead your class through a variety of daily activities, including circle time, phonics, storytelling, themed lessons, and interactive projects. You will also support classroom management, establish clear routines, and create a positive learning environment where students feel safe, happy, and motivated to participate.
Teachers work closely with local co-teachers, collaborating on lesson delivery, classroom management, and student support. You will also communicate with parents when needed, helping to build strong relationships between school and home.
We provide a structured curriculum, teaching materials, and ongoing support from our academic team, allowing teachers to focus on delivering engaging lessons while continuing to develop professionally.

RequirementsNative English speaker Bachelor’s degree (in any field) TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain one) Passion for working with young learners (ages 3–6) Energetic, patient, and creative teaching style Strong classroom management skills Ability to work collaboratively with co-teachers and staff Professional, reliable, and positive attitude Previous teaching experience preferred, but not required
