DescriptionEngAll is an Issue Maker-selected promising EduTech company based in South Korea and we are currently looking for tutors who are passionate, value the importance of education, and truly want to grow while teaching English.
We provide a platform for high-quality 1:1 online English classes taught by passionate, professional and experienced teachers to our students who are eager to improve their English skills. We take pride in catering to each one of our student's individual needs and goals by finding the perfect type of class and teacher for them.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1:1 online English classes (speaking/writing) with students responsibly and creatively
- Prepare for classes with EngAll-provided materials, keeping in mind the student's specific request
- Ensure active student engagement through creative and interactive classes while respecting students' personal boundaries
- Provide timely detailed feedback on student’s English skills at the end of each class by filling in a form
- Diligently attend onboarding (training) meetings arranged by the company and take time to understand how the EngAll system works
- Provide constructive feedback on issues that arise during online classes while working with the EngAll support team to resolve said issues
- Respond to communications sent by the team actively

RequirementsBA Degree
-TEFL level 5 (168hr)
-Ability to arrange learning materials that can optimize student engagement and participation
-Ability to contextualize learning materials to specific cultural and business environments
-High-level communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to meet deadlines and resolve issues in a timely manner
-Understanding of Korean culture and willingness to learn and grow
-Have access to a home computer/laptop (Windows or iOS) with reliable internet
-Have access to good quality peripheral devices such as webcam, microphone, and speaker/earphones/headphones
-Private room to teach without background noise
-Clearance for working with children
-AFP National Criminal Check clearance -
