DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated native-level English teacher to join our team at GLOBAL in a picturesque small town in Poland. As a reputable institution committed to providing quality education, we offer a welcoming and supportive environment for both students and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver dynamic and engaging English lessons to students of various levels and age groups
- Create and adapt teaching materials and resources to meet the needs and interests of students
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate language development through communicative activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere that encourages student participation and promotes language fluency
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching methodologies and curriculum enhancements
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance for reporting purposes
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress, concerns, and achievements. Chojnice, located in northern Poland, offers a charming and tranquil environment that makes it a desirable place to live for many people. Requirements- Native-level proficiency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- TEFL Level 5
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and language education
- Legal authorization to work in Poland
- Strong commitment to teaching children
- Knowledge of Polish language and culture is an advantage but not required
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to adapt to living in a small town -
