We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated English teachers to join our growing international team in Konya, Turkey for a full-time, long-term position.
This is not a temporary role. We offer a minimum one-year contract with strong growth opportunities for educators who want to build a meaningful international career in a professional and supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
- Teach students of various age groups, from young learners to adults
- Deliver interactive, communication-focused lessons
- Create engaging, student-centered learning environments
- Prepare students for international exams (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, TOLES, OET)
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic projects
- Take part in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements- Native Level English speakers with a passion for education
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (required for the work permit process) — Education, Linguistics, or related fields preferred
- An accredited TEFL certificate preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and motivated educators
- Enthusiastic about creating enjoyable, student-centered learning environments
- Independent and proactive in shaping their classroom experience
- A long-term career mindset
- Willingness to relocate to Konya and become part of a multicultural team
- Prior experience preparing students for international exams (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, TOLES, OET) is an advantage
- Experience with the Direct Method is also considered a strong plus
- Candidates with proven exam preparation experience will be given priority -
