Benefits- Competitive Salary: EPIK teachers receive a monthly salary that is considered well above the average in Korea, allowing for a comfortable living
- Free Furnished Housing: EPIK provides all teachers with free, fully furnished housing, eliminating a significant financial burden
- Settlement Allowance: Upon arrival, teachers receive a one-time settlement allowance to assist with settling in expenses
- Severance Pay: Upon completing their contract, teachers receive a one-month severance payment
- Reimbursed Airfare: EPIK reimburses teachers for the cost of their round-trip airfare to South Korea
- Reduced Expenses: Living in a school-provided apartment and receiving health insurance through the program helps minimize living expenses

Requirements- Citizenship: You must be a citizen of one of the following countries: Canada, USA, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa
- Education: You must hold a Bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited university
- English Language Proficiency: You must be a native English speaker with demonstrably fluent spoken and written English
- Criminal History: You must possess a clean criminal background check with no felonies or misdemeanors related to children or violence
- Visa Eligibility: You must be eligible for and obtain an E-2 or F-4 visa for the duration of your participation in the EPIK program
