We’re now recruiting Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs) for public schools across Japan starting March 2026. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in Japanese culture while gaining valuable classroom experience.
Position Highlights:
- Base Salary: ¥215,000/month • stipends (approx. USD $1,675, subject to exchange rate) – enough to live comfortably in Japan
- Contract: 1-year commitment with opportunity to extend
- Visa: Visa sponsorship provided
- Role: Work alongside a Japanese co-teacher in public schools
- Driving: A car will be arranged for you if required

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree
- Open to candidates from USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Barbados, South Africa, & Trinidad and Tobago (Other nationalities may be considered)
- Valid driver’s license & willingness to drive (International Driver’s Permit required)
- Clean background check
- Flexible on placement location
- 12-years of schooling in English (The main language medium of where you attended school must have been in English) -
