Education
An internationally recognized qualification equivalent to a foundation degree. Experience
Responsible for evaluating residential and community-based programs serving youth across the state, including Qualified Residential Treatment Programs and Therapeutic Foster Care. Leads statewide quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes for children and families. Conducts comprehensive reviews of service providers, including analysis of data, policy compliance, and stakeholder interviews. Prepares detailed reports and conducts follow-up evaluations to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance. Performs second-level federal quality assurance reviews to support continuous system improvement.
Supervised a team of Foster Care and Adoption Specialists, ensuring child safety and compliance with state policies. Led staff meetings, conducted background checks, and reviewed home assessments and court reports for accuracy and thoroughness. Monitored performance metrics, addressed deficiencies, and implemented corrective actions.
