This program offered me an opportunity to engage with foundational psychological concepts without pursuing a formal degree. It provided me with access to undergraduate level psychology modules, allowed me to explore topics such as human behavior, mental health, and social dynamics. The curriculum was designed to enhance personal development and understanding of psychological principles, making it suitable those who are interested in psychology for personal enrichment or professional application in fields like education, community development, or human resources. While not leading to a formal qualification, the program offered valuable insights into the discipline of psychology.
