In the education sector, one of my initial priorities is to foster a positive and trusting relationship between myself, the school management team, and the staff. This lays the foundation for the successful delivery of our onboarding services, as well as the setup and implementation of staff training programs. I particularly thrive in schools with complex structures, as it provides an opportunity to employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges while further honing these abilities.
During training sessions, I find great satisfaction in positively influencing staff members who may be hesitant to embrace new technology. By simplifying the delivery and usage of technology, I strive to make it more accessible and appealing to them. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoy investigating and implementing practical solutions that meet the unique needs of schools, considering the limitations of certain modules within our system, Staffroom. These experiences offer valuable opportunities for personal skill development, and I take pride in successfully delivering onboarding services at the highest service standard in all the schools I have worked with.
