The program provided a comprehensive understanding of core business functions, including financial accounting, managerial accounting, marketing principles, operations management, human resource management, and strategic management.

As a Gallery Liaison for Dharma Mulya Galleries, I cultivated relationships between art dealers and potential international clients during exhibitions in Jakarta and Bali. I also served as an Interpreter for IDP Education Fairs, facilitating communication at the Australia & New Zealand Education Fairs. Additionally, I worked as a Composer/Lyricist for Warner Chappell Publishing (Singapore), creating original musical works.

I tailored English instruction to meet the requirements of both the Cambridge Checkpoint Primary and Singaporean curricula, demonstrating adaptability in diverse educational settings. My work involved developing comprehensive English language learning materials that focused on building strong foundations in grammar, reading, and writing. Additionally, I am currently sourcing materials for toddlers, specifically letter and alphabet tracing, coloring, and matching activities.

I design and deliver engaging English lessons with differentiated materials to foster student progress. I also cultivate a positive classroom environment and organize literacy and multicultural events that celebrate diversity, including storytelling and competitions. Furthermore, I consistently track student performance through detailed reports and data-driven weekly and quarterly updates. These reports analyze progress and curriculum impact to inform strategic instructional refinements.

I conceptualized and executed captivating visual displays, including store layouts and window designs, to maximize product appeal and customer engagement. Leading projects from start to finish, I managed material procurement and photo shoots to create seasonal displays and hampers. I successfully secured and delivered high-impact client projects for McCafé, the US Embassy in Jakarta, and the Central Bank of Indonesia housing, demonstrating strong client relations and project leadership. Furthermore, I effectively communicated design visions to a diverse range of clients.
