- Full Function Hr Administration:
- Timesheets, leave applications, tracking leave, Staff loans, Travel Claims, employment contracts from applications of employment till permanent, distributing of Payslips and manual wages, distributing, and managing staff uniforms and stationery.
- Manage the recruitment and selection, placement, remuneration and benefits administration functions for the division within the service level agreement timelines
- Perform personnel administrative duties
- Remuneration and benefits administration and maintain the HR archive system by implementing procedures and systems as determined by managing Director that ensure updated HR archive system
- Training needs analysis
- Management of HR and payroll function from interview to exit
- Dealing with payroll related queries
- Checking/ reviewing all payrolls
o Processing payrolls
o Maintain employee relations as the front line for Employee queries

o Where required support talent management
- Assist in addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
o Managing the recruitment and selection process
o Administer pay plan and benefits programs
o Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
o Report to Director and provide required reporting
Assist with Employee wellness and event planning
- Adhere to required legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Support and administer implementation of labour cost reduction programs and initiatives
- Implementing new processes to improve working standards for the payroll department and minimize errors on payroll
- EMP201 and EMP501 submissions
- IRP 5 Submissions
o Attending to all SARS related queries
- Resolving employee salaries, leave days and overtime queries
o Being the point of contact for auditors on payroll related issues
- Compiling monthly payroll reports and submitting them to the Auditors
- Processing EFT payments
o Management of Medical Aid changes / updates
- Provident fund
- Retirement annuities
- Submitting the death Claims & medical boarding SDL, PAYE, COIDA, and UIF management, reporting, and reconciliation/ filing.
- Ensuring that the payroll team is processing entries correctly.
