Majored in Industrial Organizational Psychology which covers a range of Human Resource aspects and Ergonomics in the workplace. Minored: Financial Management and Psychology.
Experience
As Vice-Primaria, my duties are:
- being an advisor to the Primaria.
- I am the Internal Relations leader which means that I handle any conflict and I encourage the team to do their best.
- I acted as a mentor to not only my team, but our community of over 500 students. We facilitated teachings but also taught the masses on various university courses and do's and don'ts.
- This was very much a teamwork and autonomous job.
