It was a 2 year course diploma done in Hillside Teachers College in collaboration with University of Zimbabwe

My job description include lesson planning, lesson delivery, monitoring and evaluating learners through Tests and Examinations, collaborating with learners parents and other teachers in students learning journey. It also includes partaking in internal curriculum development and implementation, moulding students behaviors to be better individual at school level and community at large.

Duties included lesson planning which are Learner centered, lesson delivery, classroom management, record keeping. It also involved manning the department through assessment of other teachers, keeping departmental records and assets, doing departmental requisition and also partaking in extracurricular activities.
