Our TEFL trainer (Pretoria - Fire and Ice Protea hotel) honestly without my knowing had laid out the foundation for the entire TEFL level 5 course and managed to make it highly entertaining in the process, which showed me firsthand the TEFL concept or method of teaching genuinely works. I do need to mention he gave his number if further support or information on working in different countries was needed, and he returned calls as soon as he wasn't busy teaching. My sincere thanks for his kind interaction with us.

The classroom course was informative, engaging and thought-provoking. Our lecturer was extremely helpful and added an element of humour which put me and a few other learners at ease. It felt like I was learning proactively rather than sitting in on a presentation.
