- Q. How satisfied were you with your Online TEFL course? A. I loved that it was on my own time, there were a variety of methodologies, reading, videos, mini-quizzes and tests at the end. The 'Further Reading' at the end of each unit as well as the resources were great. When I needed to communicate with Support, they were great. Even though they could have just said, 'Attached is the document you need' or 'Download the Handbook', your team was very polite and helpful.

The course was easy going and the structure was set up really well. This allowed me to settle in quickly and become comfortable, which was important to me.

Mark was a very good course tutor/instructor, giving invaluable insights and techniques into how to teach English as a foreign language. He was very patient and I appreciated how he delivered feedback to us as students. I was very surprised how proficient he was in so many languages!

I selected the highest possible score, as I felt I was provided the highest possible quality in education! Every unit was easy and engaging to follow, the materials were varied and motivating, and the assignments were very well explained, marked quickly, and markers gave very thoughtful feedback! Polished, obviously experienced in his field and the exercises/methods used e.g. eliciting were great to bring the course content into a practical session.

I rate the Level 5 TEFL Course 10/10 because it is clear, well-structured, and very practical. The modules build step by step, combining theory with real classroom application, and the content on grammar, lesson planning, and classroom management gave me the confidence to teach. Overall, the course has fully prepared me for a TEFL career, and I highly recommend it.
