How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course?
A.
It was well organised and managed; the exercises got everyone engaged - the ice breaker at the start was brilliant as everyone got to know each other early on; the exercises were designed so all had to participate (the physical ones were particularly good as they help to lift the mood), the breaks were well planned and gave people enough time to absorb information shared, this meant that people did not get fatigued - I appreciated the 1 hour lunch break; everyone got the chance to present and receive feedback. I absorbed an awful lot of helpful information and did not feel tired which normally happens when I attend courses! It was a very useful and helpful course, and the course tutor was brilliant at fielding questions and sharing his knowledge.

The course tutor was clearly very experienced; he kept the group on track, fielded questions effectively, gave all people the opportunity to participate, provided excellent feedback and was very open and respectful.

The course was detailed, organized, and provided students with plenty of resources to refer back to. I really liked the case study example in each unit and how it offered real-life scenarios for when we encounter them in our teaching journey.

It was clear, fun and we worked hard but at a 'workable' steady pace. We started and finished on time. Teacher was fabulous and made me feel right at home.

- Q. How satisfied were you with your Online TEFL course? A. I loved that it was on my own time, there were a variety of methodologies, reading, videos, mini-quizzes and tests at the end. The 'Further Reading' at the end of each unit as well as the resources were great. When I needed to communicate with Support, they were great. Even though they could have just said, 'Attached is the document you need' or 'Download the Handbook', your team was very polite and helpful.

The course was easy going and the structure was set up really well. This allowed me to settle in quickly and become comfortable, which was important to me.

Mark was a very good course tutor/instructor, giving invaluable insights and techniques into how to teach English as a foreign language. He was very patient and I appreciated how he delivered feedback to us as students. I was very surprised how proficient he was in so many languages!
