The course was extremely helpful in helping my understanding of the course work, and in answering any other questions I had about teaching abroad, our lecturer, Carmen was very friendly and welcoming, answering all our questions, and giving us tips for things some of us didn't even think of yet. The other participants were very nice, and I feel confident that most of us made friendships what would last for years to come. All of us got on well with each other, giving a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The Hotel was lovely, they had air conditioned rooms and nice staff who were very friendly and didn't hesitate to help when help was needed. Overall it was a lovely experience that I found very helpful and enjoyable. I honestly do not have any complaints.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. Carmen was very friendly and welcoming, she answered all of our questions to the best of her capabilities. She gave invaluable insight to being a TEFL teacher and really helped all of us with whatever we needed.

Carmen was absolutely fantastic, and I loved it because the entire experience was immersive and gave me a really good idea of what a classroom situation would look like. She gave us lots of ideas with regards to teaching games and resources that would help us to improve over time and her experience was an invaluable part of the entire classroom element. I would not have learned half the things that I have learned had I not been part of the classroom experience.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. She was absolutely amazing! Always enthusiastic, gave us enough time to work, she was flexible and adaptable and made sure to give lots of feedback based on the presentations we had done, without making anyone feel bad about themselves and their performance. She also gave very valuable information on her own experience that really helped me see things from a different perspective.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the webinar course? A. This was a great course and Bee did a great job teaching the course. She gave us great examples and had us all role-play throughout the day to ensure we were all understanding what needed to be done.

- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. I was provided with opportunities to practice teaching in a safe environment which allowed for mistakes to be made. This helped me identify where I can improve my teaching. The facilitator had extended knowledge about working in the TEFL environment and shared his experiences and advice with us. It was motivating getting in touch with someone who works in this field. By the end of the classroom course I had more self confidence, felt more motivated and inspired to pursue a career in the TEFL field.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. Wikus is very knowledgeable about the TEFL field. He assisted with advice and guided us if we got stuck with our teaching practice. I enjoyed his presentations and appreciated his honesty about his experiences in the TEFL field. He left me with improved self confidence, inspired and motivated. He will also be an excellent mentor.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the webinar course? A. I was able to use my knowledge and experience in the setting. People shared and I learnt a lot for others especially the trainer Ellen. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed.
