She is skilled, kind and she is passionate about her job. Correction, I don't think that she regards her job as a job, I think that this is her calling! Luan shaped my future and has made me a better and more conscientious teacher. I am excited to tackle my modules, complete my course and pass with flying colours so that I can show Luan that I implemented the techniques which she taught me. - Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. Luan is by far the best TEFL trainer I have had the privilege to learn from. She applied Teaching methodology, she elicited answers from us in a very animated manner. Her classroom management style was excellent, (we were a very chatty bunch). She managed to control us not going off on a tangent and I am in awe by how we stuck to our timetable, yet had fun while learning!

The weekend really put all the theory into practice and it was exceptionally great to be taught by Luan who is not only highly competent and exemplary in her knowledge but she made me feel comfortable and extremely welcome. I have no prior experience in teaching but she really put me at ease and built my confidence in the classroom and with the work. She is a natural both in the classroom and teaching and her love and passion for what she does is clear as day. It was a long day but she made it fun and easy.
