- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Luan was an incredible lecturer. We were constantly engaged with the material and she made the whole course very fun. The teaching practice really helps you to learn how to engage students in the classroom and her compliments and critique were both extremely valid. It really did help to have someone who is passionate about what they do lecturing.

She was both friendly and approachable, as well as had all the characteristics to firstly create a bond with us as students within such a small timeframe. Secondly, she also made the learning material easier to learn by her uses of analogies and through her stories of her own experiences.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the webinar course? A. The tutor was very knowledgeable and patient. He clearly explained what we had to do and there was a rapport with the other students. I thought the webinar covered a lot of information in a relatively short space of time whilst not being overwhelming.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. It was such an insightful and informative course. I was extremely happy with the instructor and her energy. The content of the course allowed me to peace together the different course topics much easier and to translate that into an everyday action of planning and teaching. I feel motivated and excited for the next modules and assignments ahead.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. The Trainer was clear, helpful, positive and extremely motivating. Her teaching style and feedback helped to absorb and receive all the information in a comfortable and safe environment.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Wikus explained things well and would answer all of our answers when we had any. The practical was fun and interactive. The environment was fun and informative. I had a lot of fun during the two days and I will admit that I was sad that it was over. I met many amazing people and I feel that, walking away, I have learned a lot and have a clearer understanding of what should be done and what is expected.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. There is nothing that I would change. Angie was a wealth of knowledge, and the rest of the class were very insightful!
