I really appreciated how well prepared and engaging our tutor was, the class group was differentiated and gave the chance for brainstorming ideas amongst various experience levels, nationalities and ages. We all had fun while learning and in the end I felt even more passionate about teaching than I was initially.

Ryan gave clear instructions and feedback, he made the webinar fun and enjoyable, and although it lasted for quite a long time, I never found myself bored or looking for a distraction. He was also patient when it came to help us improvise a lesson we hadn't prepared very well and when answering our many questions at the end. The webinar was also very well scheduled.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the webinar course? A. The course was very engaging, with lots of information about many aspects of TEFL teaching. Clear information was given about where to look for jobs and how to develop a teaching CV. It was helpful and interesting to hear details from our teacher’s experience about her TEFL teaching jobs around the world. We were given lots of clear examples of engaging teaching activities and examples of how to use them in our teaching sessions. Plenty of support was given before and after our group teaching sessions, with expectations set out clearly, including time limits for each activity - this reflected how we were taught to do this in our own teaching when it was covered in the classroom management part of the webinar. Assessment and feedback after each practise teaching session was positive and helpful from other group members and from our teacher. This course left me feeling excited to study for my TEFL course.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. The day was packed with interesting and very clear information presented in an upbeat and positive way. Tasks were explained well with expectations clearly set out and time frames for each task were given, and a range of teaching ideas were given to help support our teaching practise sessions. Feedback was encouraging and helpful.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The course was intensive but really consolidated a lot of the online course aspects. It was fantastic to practice the actual practical element of teaching, as opposed to it simply being an abstract process on paper.

Luan was an incredible tutor whose patience and kindness went a long way in ensuring that all participants felt included and reassured in an unfamiliar setting. She presented the course in a dynamic way that kept us engaged despite the strict COVID regulations. Her knowledge and experience put me at ease and helped me to gain better insight into the work that I had completed in the online course.
