- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. I am glad I decided to participate in this course because it surely gave me some practical tools to work with. I learned things I did not know before about how to manage a classroom and it was a beautiful chance to speak with other people and learn about their experiences. I would recommend doing it to everyone interested in gaining a bit more experience in the field and also to those who are doing the online course because it will give them the opportunity to discuss the course material.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. He was kind, mindful, and prepared. He presented clearly and patiently explained whenever we had questions. He was also extremely polite and gave us useful advice.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The classroom elements were very interactive, fairly easy and everyone had a fun time. We also learnt a lot that we were possibly unsure of or somethings that we just needed to tighten up the loose ends.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. Our instructor was very patient, helpful and very friendly. She took the course step by step slowly so that we could engage and understand everything clearly. The class ended and started on time without any delays or problems. She was very good at what she was doing and we could see that she enjoys what she does. Our instructor was passionate about the work and gave us insight and something to look forward to when we eventually start teaching.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. Wikus was a great teacher, he incorporated his humour whilst teaching us all the topics thoroughly. This kept the whole class entertained and interested on both days. He answered all of our questions, which helped us understand how we can take up the EFL career in a time with the coronavirus.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Loved the experience and the tutor who guided us through it. It was well-paced, we received good feedback and advice, and everyone had an opportunity to work together and participate.

- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. It brought all the work together (which I had already completed by the time I attended the classroom course). Martin provided much clarity on the procedure in practice which made it much easier to streamline my ideas into a time-efficient and effective process.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. Martin was very knowledgeable on the subject and his experience says a great deal. It really shows. He also appealed to the group incredibly well and was very polite and organised. He was funny and a very nice person.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The workshop was very in-depth and the instructor (Brian) provided informative feedback and tools that increased my confidence in delivering classroom lessons in the future.
