- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The course was amazing. I completed my theory part of the course literally a day before my practical started, and I was completely confused. I did not even know where to start teaching or how to teach. I had all this information in my head but did not know how to use it. When I walked out of the practical class this weekend I was tired but so excited because the way everything was explained made the theory part of the course just fall into place. There were a lot of 'ahh so this is how that works in my head. If I could I would give you a score of 100000. It was really amazing, I enjoyed every second and I met so many new people. The masks and social distancing didn't even get me down because I felt connected to everyone even through that.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. Luan was absolutely amazing. I was super nervous on Saturday morning because I was scared it would be someone unfriendly but she was amazing from the moment she started training us I couldn't stop smiling. She even made the tenses easier for me and now I am a pro in them. During our teaching practice, she watched every second of what we are doing and her feedback was amazing if she had a criticism it was constructive criticism. I really hope I get to see her again in the future or maybe even join her in teaching. She was really amazing and knows what she is doing.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. It was interactive and made me feel comfortable about teaching and gave a better idea of what to expect. I thoroughly enjoyed it and found the work covered was a good consolidation of the course work covered in the online content.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Tutor? A. Entertaining. He kept my attention the whole time. He shared his experiences in teaching abroad which was very insightful and had a lot of information to offer regarding all my questions and concerns that I had.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. I learned a lot in a short period of time, Luan is amazing!!! Excellent teacher, with a lot of patience, made teaching and learning fun!!! Stuck with the timetable and practice teaching in front of the class is a must, it really does prepare you and teach you!! I highly recommend the 20hr weekend course as well as Luan !!!

Encouraged and gave constructive criticisms to improve lesson plans, delivery, examples and exercises. She also provided links and valuable resources.

As the Ted talk she used, she knew how to build relationships with her students right from the get-go. It shows she loves teaching and wants to encourage that among us future teachers.
