- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. My experience of the course was that the content was expertly delivered in a non-threatening and encouraging way. The content was clear and informative, and the relevance of the material to the online element of the course was clear. The presentation flowed well, with a variety of activities which kept me engaged at all times. I left the course feeling more confident to complete the assignments and to pursue a possible TEFL-oriented career.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. Luan presented the content with confidence and passion. She is clearly an expert in the field and she was able to make the content relatable, accessible and memorable.

I enjoyed the teacher as well as the other participants. the practical elements gave me a greater sense of confidence when it comes to teaching a class. Everyone was very helpful and interacted well. The breaks were well timed so as to help us not get tired after sitting for so long.

- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Our teacher maintained such poise and high energy throughout the entire day, even whilst wearing a mask. The class was so diverse including individuals from quite different backgrounds etc. and was interactive- there was a great generally friendly and focused atmosphere. I learned a great deal and the course is totally changing my perspective of language, my own mother tongue!
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. Our trainer spoke with poise, clearly and respectfully at all times. She is absolutely lovely! She maintained a high energy and enthusiasm for the entire duration of the course, maintaining interaction between herself and the class, always keeping us on our toes! She answered questions clearly and covered all aspects well, keeping the class at a good pace. She was very mindful and attentive to COVID-19 rules at all times.
