The Q&A session I found particularly useful as he offered a lot of practical advice on planning lessons, resources and TEFL jobs.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The in class part of my certificate really had exceeded all my expectations. I honestly thought it was just going to be a teacher just throwing info at you for 2 days straight. But it was so interactive and our teacher was incredible!

- Q. How satisfied were you with the webinar course? A. This was a great course and Bee did a great job teaching the course. She gave us great examples and had us all role-play throughout the day to ensure we were all understanding what needed to be done.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. Bee is very thorough and did an incredible job explaining the different steps and giving examples. She makes it seem so easy and seamless, and we realized it is definitely harder than it looks. She is very professional and kept everyone on task, yet she kept the atmosphere light and fun. I would definitely take another class from her if it was offered.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Carmen was absolutely fantastic, and I loved it because the entire experience was immersive and gave me a really good idea of what a classroom situation would look like. She gave us lots of ideas with regards to teaching games and resources that would help us to improve over time and her experience was an invaluable part of the entire classroom element. I would not have learned half the things that I have learned had I not been part of the classroom experience.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. She was absolutely amazing! Always enthusiastic, gave us enough time to work, she was flexible and adaptable and made sure to give lots of feedback based on the presentations we had done, without making anyone feel bad about themselves and their performance. She also gave very valuable information on her own experience that really helped me see things from a different perspective.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Rene our very energetic and enthusiastic facilitator presented all the topic's clearly and answered all our queries. She was a real livewire and no one at the course could fall asleep. I learned quite a lot from the 20-hour practical course the theory part, but more so the practical part where we had to prepare and present lessons with activities. That was really fun and not stressful at all. I can truthfully say that I benefitted a lot from the two-day course in completing the rest of the theory part of the TEFL course which includes my three assignments I still need to complete and forward.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. She new all about the theory and practical side of the TEFL course. She was enthusiastic, sincere, confident and very honest in all that she conveyed to us in class. His enthusiasm rubbed off on all of us and we all were made to feel relaxed and comfortable, as from the first moment we had contact with her, on day one.. Rene our presenter is a real Ambassador for TEFL Academy and I enjoyed every moment of the two-day training session.
