- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. Really enjoyed the interactive portion and the mini demo and teaching exercises. Our facilitator/instructor (Alex) was excellent and really skilled. It was ideal to learn from a seasoned professional who modelled effective teaching strategies even when she was just interacting with us or sharing information.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. As shared previously, Alex is a great trainer. She is patient, skilled, and very engaging. Her deep experience as a teacher, materials and handouts, and exercises, including teaching a lesson in Romanian to give us first-hand knowledge of how EFL learns might feel during a lesson, were simply invaluable. Plus, she has a very good sense of humour and knows how to pace/manage the class. She was always available to us for guidance/advice and answered all our questions.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The course felt welcoming and comfortable which was one of my main concerns as a student with little experience with teaching English. It was good fun, very informative and kept us engaged for the entirety of the weekend, which as somebody who struggles with their attention span, was very important!
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. The teacher was amazing, helpful and friendly. She spoke clearly and confidently on the course work while also being reassuring and helpful. I would happily do the course again with her and my companions if possible!

It gave me a new outlook on teaching. I always learnt new fun and engaging activities and games. Instructor was very helpful, energetic, engaging, and knowledgeable.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. Our trainer, Mardie was very helpful, energetic, engaging, insightful, and knowledgeable. She was also very encouraging and gave us good feedback on how to improve on lessons. She made the day feel much shorter than it was.

The classroom element of the course felt very thorough and informative, and I really appreciated the chance to do in-person teaching practice—it helped me to understand what is involved in being a TEFL teacher, and inspired me to continue with the rest of the online component with more enthusiasm.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. Mark was very friendly and inclusive, and also clearly very knowledgeable about all things TEFL. We needed lots of guidance and he was always happy to provide it, and I feel like he set a very good example of how a teacher should be.
- Q. How satisfied were you with the classroom element of the course? A. The Classroom experience was excellent, a lot thanks to the wonderful guidance of the teacher (miss Tiffany). The atmosphere in the classroom was very pleasant, the material was conveyed in an interesting way and the classroom experienced gave me valuable experience on teaching in front of a classroom.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. Miss Tiffany was simply great , she made everyone in the classroom feel very comfortable, was very engaging, conveyed the material in a clear and interesting way, was attendant to student needs and was overall awesome.
