In addition, it was valuable to see our instructor (a college professor) skillfully involving 14 students from varied backgrounds and educational levels while providing them with a positive experience.
- Q. How satisfied were you with your TEFL Trainer? A. She was thoroughly knowledgeable about the subject matter and had substantial teaching experience in multiple contexts. Our class contained both native and non-native English speakers, some of whom did not have a college degree and some of whom had graduate degrees. The Trainer successfully engaged and involved all of the students, offering positive feedback and suggesting alternatives that might have been more useful. It appeared that all of the students had a positive experience and gained enhanced knowledge of what is required of a TEFL instructor.
