DescriptionWe are currently hiring ESL teachers for our upcoming academic cycle starting on September 7th, 2026.
What you will do:
- As an ESL teacher, you will deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to a diverse range of students, including young learners, teens, and adults, from beginner (A1) to advanced (C1/C2) levels.
- You will teach both group classes and private lessons, typically with small to medium-sized groups, using a communicative, student-centered approach supported by modern materials and technology.
- Your responsibilities will include lesson planning, assigning and reviewing homework, monitoring student progress, and providing constructive feedback. You will work between 20 to 40 hours per week, depending on scheduling.
- Teachers are expected to create a positive and motivating classroom environment and collaborate with the academic team. Ongoing training and support are provided to help you develop professionally and succeed in your role.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- An accredited TEFL certificate
- Native or non-native English speakers accepted with strong English proficiency (C1 level or above)
- Teaching experience not required; however, candidates must be teachable, open to feedback, and willing to develop professionally
- Ability to teach different age groups (young learners, teens, and adults)
- Strong classroom management skills and a positive, engaging teaching style
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule (20–40 hours per week), including afternoons and evenings
- Commitment to completing the full contract period (9–12 months)
- Basic Spanish (preferred, but not required)
- Comfortable using technology and digital teaching platforms
- Reliable, organized, and adaptable to a new cultural environment -
