DescriptionJob Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality English reading classes for children aged 2.5-5 years old.
• Teach using the school's established curriculum and teaching materials.
• Create engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate classroom activities.
• Participate in lesson planning, curriculum development, demo classes, and teacher training.
• Communicate professionally with parents regarding students' learning progress.
• Complete teaching assessments and administrative duties as required.
• Follow school policies.
• Work 40 hours per week with five working days and two days off. -
Benefits- Annual Salary: USD 70,000 which equal to 39000-40000RMB/month

Requirements- Native Level English speaker
- From one of the following countries due to visa requirements (USA, CA, UK, IRE, AUS, NZ, SA)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree completed within the past three (3) years ( Education, Early Childhood Education, or related degree is an advantage)
- Willing to relocate to Beijing, China
- One year contract
- Passionate about teaching children aged 2.5-5 years old
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Teaching experience is welcome but NOT required
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- An accredited TEFL certificate
- Comfortable leading songs, games, storytelling, and interactive activities
