DescriptionTeachera Language Institute is currently seeking passionate and dedicated English teachers to join our growing international team in Konya, Turkey for a full-time, long-term position.

What You'll Do
• Teach students of various age groups, from young learners to adults
• Deliver interactive, communication-focused lessons
• Create engaging, student-centred learning environments
• Prepare students for international exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, TOLES, and OET
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic projects
• Take part in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements- Native level English speaker with a genuine passion for education
- Bachelor's degree in any field, required for the work permit process (Education, Linguistics, or related fields preferred)
- Accredited TEFL Certificate preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and motivated educators
- Teachers who enjoy creating dynamic, student-centred learning environments
- Independent and proactive professionals who take initiative in the classroom
- A long-term career mindset
- Willingness to relocate to Konya and become part of a multicultural team
- German and/or Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience preparing students for international exams is an advantage, and experience with the Direct Method is also considered a strong plus -
