- What is a level 3 qualification?
The different “levels” refer to the UK government’s framework for qualifications. This framework allows learners studying UK government regulated qualifications to understand where their qualification sits in comparison to other qualifications. A regulated Level 3 qualification means that Ofqual (UK government) has approved the qualification to be at a recognised level of achievement. Our Level 3 TEFL Certificate (120hrs) is the same level as the following qualifications: A-Level, BTEC Nationals, International Baccalaureate I8 and Advanced Apprenticeships.

Accreditation & Quality Assurance
The TEFL Academy was the world’s first TEFL course provider to receive official recognition from government regulated awarding bodies in both the USA and UK. This means when you graduate you’ll hold a globally recognised Level 3 (120hr) Certificate or Level 5 (168hr) Diploma, meaning you can find work anywhere and apply for jobs immediately.
