18 months theory (N4 - N6) and 18 months working experience. The combination of the mentioned results in a National N Diploma. This Business Management qualification, with the practical component, prepared me well on how to become an entrepreneur and also skilled me to become a middle level manager in a medium size company. The knowledge of sales management and financial accounting helps me to understand the role and functions of management on this level.
