DescriptionEnglish Pro Connect is a startup online ESL teaching business targeting the Chinese market. We will use the Off2Class.com platform as the core teaching technology for the ESL lessons.
We have an office located in Chengdu China.
We’re looking for dedicated and successful ESL teachers with experience using Off2Class as an online teaching platform, or experienced teachers willing to learn the Off2Class.com platform.
We expect teachers to make a minimum of six-month commitment to each class they teach.
Teachers may be located anywhere; however, they must be available to teach during class times in China.
Teacher pay range is 250rmb to 300rmb per lesson (about $35 to $42 per lesson with the current exchange rate).
Lessons will be in small groups with a maximum of 5 students. The lessons will be approximately 1.5hrs in length. Student ages will be from 12 to adults.
The lessons will use Off2Class.com for lesson content, Voovmeeting.com for class video conferencing, WeChat for communicating with students and WhatsApp for inter-company communications.
In July and August 2024, we will offer small group classes from 09:00 to 17:00 China time.
Beginning in September 2024 and until June 2025, classes will be scheduled in two sessions during weekdays from 17:00 to 20:30 China time. Classes will meet two times per week. -

RequirementsNative English speaker (per Chinese requirements, must be a native speaker from one of these countries (USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Ireland, New Zealand, or South Africa). Two or more years’ work experience TEFL certificate College degree pass a criminal background check We expect teachers to make a minimum of six-month commitment to each class they teach. Teachers may be located anywhere but must be available to teach classes during the evening China time. We’re looking for dedicated and successful ESL teachers with experience using Off2Class as an online teaching platform, or experienced teachers willing to learn the Off2Class.com platform.
