About the International Baccalaureate:
- The IB program in kindergartens is a globally recognized educational framework. It focuses on developing children's holistic abilities, including cognitive, social, emotional and physical aspects. Through inquiry-based learning, kids explore various topics. It emphasizes international-mindedness, encourages respect for different cultures and nurtures inquisitive, caring and reflective young learners, preparing them well for future education.

Position: Homeroom English teacher
Class size: 16 • 20 students in one class
Student age: 5 ~6 years old

Work days: Mondays – Fridays
Working hours: 7:50 a.m. • 17:30 p.m.
Day off: Saturdays and Sundays
Responsibilities:
- Curriculum and Instruction: Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum, subject content, and pedagogical knowledge to create relevant and engaging learning experiences for students.
- Classroom Management: Manage classroom procedures, student behavior, and maintain a positive and respectful learning environment.
- Instructional Design: Design coherent and effective lesson plans that actively engage students and enhance their learning.
- Environment Creation: Contribute to setting up teaching materials and classroom decorations to create a motivating and supportive learning space.
- Assessment: Document students’ learning and assess their progress to continuously improve teaching strategies and student outcomes.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be from one of the following countries due to visa requirements: USA, CA, IRE, UK, NZ, AU, SA
- TEFL level 5
- Non-criminal background
