We operate on a 2-semester academic calendar (Semester 1: May–September | Semester 2: October–March). Key Responsibilities
- Core Subject Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in core subjects (including English, Mathematics, and/or Science) for 18–20 periods per week (dependent on individual timetables), tailored to students' developmental stages and mixed second-language abilities.
- Homeroom Leadership & Pastoral Care: Serve as a dedicated Homeroom Supervisor, guiding your assigned student cohort and nurturing their emotional, academic, and social growth.
- Thai-Foreign Collaboration: Work seamlessly alongside a local Thai homeroom co-teacher to manage classroom dynamics, track student well-being, and maintain stellar communication with parents.
- Curriculum Design: Create, adapt, and refine vibrant lesson plans, course outlines, and innovative schemes of work that make foundational or advanced learning impactful.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Design, grade, and provide actionable feedback on student progress and assessments, while assisting with examination preparation and invigilation.
- Tech-Driven Classrooms: Utilize educational technology creatively to enhance interactive teaching, collaborative learning, and precise progress reporting.

Requirements- Professional Traits: Energetic, compassionate, resilient, proactive, and possessing a student-centered approach to education
- Adaptable Teaching Focus: A strong desire and dedication to teaching students within our Pre-K to Secondary network, accommodating varied levels of English proficiency (specific grade assignment is based on candidate expertise)
- Commitment: Fully willing to relocate and call beautiful Phuket home for a minimum contract of 1–2 years
- Language Proficiency: Must be a Native Level English Speaker

- Academic Qualifications: A minimum of an accredited Bachelor’s degree is strictly required by the Thai Ministry of Education
- A degree in Education, Early Childhood, Primary/Secondary Education, a specific subject field, or a PGCE/PGDE (preferable)
- Experience: Prior classroom teaching or homeroom management experience is a strong recommendation -
