We are an education recruitment and placement organisation working with established partner schools across China, including kindergartens and training centres. We support teachers through the hiring process and assist with onboarding, training, and legal work authorisation procedures.
Job Description
We are hiring ESL Teachers for partner schools in multiple cities in China. Successful candidates will deliver engaging, communicative English lessons to young learners (typically ages 1.5–12, depending on placement). Schools provide varying levels of support such as lesson plans, teaching assistants, training, and modern classroom resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive ESL lessons focused on speaking and listening confidence
- Follow provided curriculum/lesson plans or adapt materials where required
- Maintain a positive classroom environment and manage behaviour professionally
- Track student progress and provide feedback
- Participate in training, meetings, and occasional school events/promotions (school-dependent)
Contract & Schedule (varies by placement)
- 12-month contract preferred
- Full-time schedule; some roles are Monday–Friday (common in kindergartens) and some include weekend teaching (common in training centres)
- Teaching hours commonly fall in the ~20–25 hours/week range, with additional office/prep time depending on the school

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree
- Accredited TEFL Certificate
- From one of the following countries due to visa requirements (USA, CA, UK, IRE, AUS, NZ, SA)
- Clean criminal background check (or willingness to obtain)
- Professional, positive, culturally aware, and confident with young learners -
