Talent-E Education is hiring passionate and enthusiastic English teachers to join our partner kindergartens across China, including Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing and other Tier-1 & Tier-2 cities!

About the Role:
As a Kindergarten ESL Teacher, you’ll work with children aged 2–6 years old, helping them build confidence and communication skills through fun and interactive lessons.
You’ll be part of a supportive teaching team with 1–3 local assistants in each class.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging, age-appropriate English lessons
- Â Foster a fun, safe, and positive learning environment
- Â Manage classroom routines and encourage student participation
- Track student progress and provide feedback
- Contribute to classroom decoration and teaching materials
Working Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM (with 1-2 hours lunch break)
40 working hours/week, weekends off

Peak intake: August 2026 / Other start times also available. -

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree (any major)
- Due to visa requirements we can only accept applicants from the following countries ( USA, CA, UK, IRE, AUS, NZ, SA)
- An accredited TEFL
- No criminal record
- Friendly, flexible, and passionate about working with children
- Applicants without teaching experience are welcome, training is provided!
