Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Design and follow complete teaching plan
- Organize learning material and resources
- Use a variety of activities and different teaching methods (songs, stories, art, outdoor activities etc.) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities
- Maintain an open line of communication with lead teacher to reach academic goals
- Create positive and appropriate classroom environment
- Provide constructive feedback to lead teacher and administration
- Cooperate with administration staff
- Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations

Benefits1) 8:20--17：00. 40mins break during noon time. 2) 15-25 students per class 3) 3-4 Chinese teachers in one class 4) Salary range: 23,000 - 30,000 RMB depends on qualification including housing allowance. 5) Visa help. 6) 2 weeks paid winter Holiday+ 2 weeks paid Summer Holiday+ 5days paid leaves during a year contract 7) Full services provided by MGTS, including assistance with visa processing, bank account setup, apartment search, visa support,and daily life support etc.

Requirements1) Candidates from English native speaking country(US,UK,IRE, CAN,AUS,SA,New Zealand, Jamaica etc) 2) Passion for children's education and child development. 3) Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. 4) No criminal record. 5) Teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory. 6) Eligible for a work z visa
