DescriptionJob Title: Long-Term Online ESL Teacher (Work from Home)
About Us: We are a high-energy, dedicated educational team managed out of our New Zealand office, working in direct connection with our team in China. We provide a thriving, supportive online environment where children in China can flourish and build their English language confidence.
What We Are Looking For:

Position Requirements:
* Must be born and raised in either the USA or Canada (current residency in North America is NOT required).
* A Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.
* An accredited ESL teaching certificate (such as a 120-hour TEFL or TESOL) is accepted.
* Prior formal online English teaching experience is preferred, though we are happy to train candidates with broader teaching industry experience who display a strong work ethic.
Hours & Schedule:
* Peak teaching hours are available from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM Beijing Time (BJS), 7 days a week.
* Greater overall availability allows us to offer you more student bookings.
* A minimum availability commitment of 12 hours per week is highly preferred.
* Stable, Regular Work: Unlike large corporate platforms with erratic bookings, we are normally able to provide successful, enthusiastic teachers with stable, consistent student schedules. -
BenefitsBenefits Compensation & Payment Terms: * Hourly Rate: $15.00 – $20.00 USD per hour (to be discussed in detail during the interview based on experience). * Payment Schedule: Paid monthly in USD. * Payment Methods: Safe and secure transfers handled via Wise or Airwallex.
